There are some people who have some issues with D3... I forget what it is called vitamin D sensitivity or something? There's one person who posted about getting quite sick on gel cap D3 supplements but they did ok on "purified" vitamin D3. I wonder if they mean lanolin based ones? Like Bio-Tech. I get their 5000 iu and I'm taking 2 daily right now.
