I don't know about this low fat thing - I am confused about how the book states "or lower fat substitute" etc. I thought if I used light cheeses or less butter, it would help lower calories, but after some research yesterday, I'm where I need to be anyway, I think.
I just used Fitday and here are the results for my planned menu today:
2100 cals
62% fat
10% carbs
28% protein

I think most of the calories come from salad dressings/mayo. Is this okay???

So none of you bother with that? It would be nice to not worry about that side of things...

Another thing...broccoli & onions...I know the CAD book says no, but Atkins does include it as acceptable. I have tried it and no cravings, so can I keep it in my diet?
