Thumbs up Gym log for Swimqueen

Time for me to start posting a gym log - maybe it'll keep me accountable. I've been way too slack for the last two months. Did I say two months?? Holy crow - time sure does fly when you're trying to hide from reality. I belong to the Y. I usually work out with weights 3 days a week - with 1/2 hour of cardio, and I swim for 2 days. I work weekends and get no exercise. My short-term goal is to get back to doing a full weight routine, and to boost my swimming back up to 1 mile - which is where I was before I started my famous slide. Today should be a swimming day, but I have a doctor's appointment this morning and I'm not sure if I'll be back in time to get to the pool before the lanes close. If not - I'll spend some time either on the indoor track or on the treadmill.
