Hello everyone. I started Atkins AGAIN yesterday. This time I am truly motivated! I will be 30 in May and I am determined to go into my 30's looking good! I did Atkins last year and lost 30lbs. I guess I got a little too happy and started eating more and more and more carbs until eventually, I completely fell off and never got back up.

Now, I am ready. And now that I've stumbled across these boards, I know I can do it!
