I purchased it at Costco last week. It came with a small purse size carb counter booklet and the adkins cookbook. I have found it very helpful. There are some differnces, like the first book he had said Induction should be 0 carbs this one says 20. A little more info in the different things that can be hindering your weight loss. I would say it was worth it.
