I too just got the scale that reads body fat.... yuck. Not sure I like this information 
I have to wonder about these scales though...
My percentage was 35% (which I can believe)
but other members of my family who are VERY lean (surfers, very active and thin) were at 27% and 30%.
(FYI got mine at Sears on sale for $40) |
