Ouch I feel for you. I had plently of headaches the first 2 weeks of Akins induction levels. I found that I needed to change a few things. 1, I added more carbs in the form of vegees and fruit. 2, I took advil for a day or 2. I also wasn't taking in enough calories as protien. Hope you get through this soon.
