I think you're fine with what you've got! You might try adding some anti-oxidants post workout (E&C) - are you taking glutamine during the Keto phase? Might be a good addition, but you have the basics and then some covered
As for the psyllium, a tbsp or two a day will do the trick. Be sure not take it around other supplements and to have a big glass of water afterward - but I'm repeating myself
