Back from the wedding festivities!
DH, DS#1 and I are joining the nearby fitness center this coming weekend. I've been doing a free trial week yesterday and today and will continue the rest of the week.
Working on finding the best workouts to do with the bad knee. The elliptical is ok so far as is the recumbent bike. I am also getting some good outdoor bike rides and doing the kettlebell workouts.
