Nope, sorry, but I'd say it's not allowed. It's natural, yes....but it's made from nuts and they're not allowed.

But! I did eat nuts twice during induction and still lost over 10# in the first two weeks. I had the nuts both times because I was feeling weak and in need of food. I figured they were loaded with protein and fat, so it was the best thing to grab (both times choices were severely limited). I also have a whole lot more to loose than you do!

If you want the peanut butter simply because you crave it, I'd say forget it during induction. If nothing else it will prove that you are in control, not food. On the other hand, if you feel like you have to have it, have it.....but have just a small amount.
