I quite agree. But it's the underlying reason, the cause that makes us cheat again and again. That is what we have to realize and tackle once and for all. We all know this, of course, but when we feel uncertain, down, let down, empty, unhappy, etc. the food in front of us seems to be irresistible. And there we go again, in spite of all our knowledge and good intentions.
