Hi Jesse, thanks for your reply. No not as yet, the variations seem to be so huge, from almost only fat to, cakes and lollies. I was just looking for a healthy eating plan, as close to normal eating as possible because I love my fruit and vegetables, .with a higher protien intake because it supresses hunger. I am wheat intolerant but I do normally eat oats, rye, potatoes, rice abd pulses. Do you or anybody else out there have any suggestions. I have started keeping a food diary (A bought one for 10 weeks) so that should help me keep track of what I am eating, I just want to tweek my current eating plan to maximise fatburning.
