Default Ketosis Already !

Only started Diet on Wednesday but on Thursday night I used Keto stick and I had already moved into the light pink showing Ketosis. Should I be moving into Ketosis already ?

Already feel less Bloated.

Will power is good...Made Fillet Steak with a Cream Pepper Corn sauce , my other Half had chips and I had none without feeling the need to have them.

Must admit, this is day 3 and my head feels a little fuzzy..is this a natural state at the early stages of Induction ?

I'm drinking loads of water... I've Drank 4 Litres in the past 2 days.

Must admit my 1 and only vice has been to drink some Vodka but it hasn't seemed to do much harm.

I've around 140 Pounds to lose so I intend doing induction for alot longer than 2 weeks.

I think the Idea is to look long term and don't get hung up on small things...If you stick to the Basics of Low Carbs and cut out Sugar, Rice, Potatoes, Pasta, Fries, Chips, Bread you are heading in the right direction.
