15 min on bike
5 sets heavy squats (95 lbs) 8 reps each set
bicycles 6 sets, 20 reps each set (10 each leg)
stepbacks with dumbells, 2 sets, 20 reps each set (10 each leg)
aaaand...this morning, 30 minutes on treadmill ~ 4 mph, 3% incline. on induction, i tend to be a little weak. chest and abs today after work!
