Thanks for your reply, but I am still confused. The other nuts, macadamias etc don't seem to "pre-remove" the fiber in the nutitional labels . Their labels show a higher carb count vs the fiber count, like 4 grams carbs and 2 grams fiber. But the walnuts were dead even.
I'm not saying you're mistaken. It's obvious from your stats and your many posts here that you know what you are talking about.
I just don't know why macadamias, cashews, peanuts etc are figured one way and walnuts another.
