Today is day 4 of Atkins. I'm starting to get my energy back so it's back to working out. I did upper body on Monday, and haven't exercised for 2 days.

Today's routine:

abs:
50 crunches
50 cross-over crunches
50 hip thrusts
50 reverse crunches

lower body
50 outer thigh side leg lifts
50 inner thigh side leg lifts
25 squats
25 lunges each leg
25 plie`squats

cardio
50 minute kickboxing workout
