Hi and Welcome!

I like to snack on veggies a lot. I take slices of cucumber and have it with a little hummus....celery stalks with a little peanut butter. Sometimes, 2 oz of my grilled chicken breast is a snack.

Some save a yogurt for their snack.

If you go the the first page of my journal, it has the" Food lists and Meal Plan charts" for phase I and II.

There is also a link there to my first journal where I logged my food daily for 20 months as I lost my weight...you'll find many ideas in my menus.
