Lightbulb WW article Down Under

Very interesting Sheldon!
In New Zealand we get the Australian Woman's Weekly publication. One of the current articles is about Sarah Ferguson and her role with WW (NZ and Aust advertising will now feature her - hence the article).
Anyway to cut a very long story short - in the article it details a typical day's menue for her:

B: berries or mangoe or paw paw and sometimes an egg white omlette
L: large mixed salad with balsamic vinegar (no oil)
D: grilled fish, chicken or red meat with ample vegetables and the occasional glass of red wine
She snacks on carrot and celery sticks

Aside from the obvious irregularities it looks pretty low carb to me!
Doesn't bear much resemblance to their literature and where is all the bread. pasta, cereal etc etc that they say to eat 5 portions of per day.
Additionally her exercise regime is fairly strict and rigorous - many many who go to WW would not follow it.
