Hi all,

I was sent these links today. Aspartamine is quite often used as a sugar substitute, which immediately made me think about all my fellow low-carbers. Having a chemistry background, it sounds downright scary to me. Maybe a specialist in this area could comment?? If any body wants the tame version, mail me and I will mail the article to you. I hope I am doing this right. I don't surf here to often - too busy getting thinner!
