DB incline bench: 35lbs x 4 sets x 5 reps
Cable tricep pullover: 90lbs x 4 sets x 5 reps
Pec flyes: 95lbs x 4 sets x 5 reps
DB supine skulls: 20lbs x 4 sets x 6 reps
Cardio: run with the dog tonight 30 mins.
