Im the most disorganised person in the world, but counting carbs is easy. Just get one of those small diaries and write in the phone number section the values of foods you eat the most (your own little alphabetised reference book!!) and whenever you prepare or eat a meal take not of the carbs. It only takes 30 seconds per meal.....
