Wink supplements affecting blood glucose

"Bitter melon and cinnamon have ingredients that affect blood sugar."
Quantities(for most people) are way too small to have much of an impact. You need at least 2000 mg of bitter melon a day to have a modest effect on blood glucose and 1000 mg of cinnamon.
I take 3000 mg of bitter melon per day divided into 3 doses.
I don't take cinnamon anymore because it never had any effect
on blood glucose. There are various things in the pill that supposedly affect blood sugar but quantity(mg) is way too small to have impact. That's one of the
problems with combo pills with a lot of ingredients that supposedly lower
blood glucose-not enough mg of any one ingredient.
I must again qualify this information by saying that we are all
different. That's why testing is a good idea.
Cheers
Eddie
