You're dead right slow and steady is best in the long run. OVer the last 16 months I have built a normal metabolism which is now capable of dealing with resonably indulgent eating. Over Xmas I ate really well, and a lot, but there was absolutely zip effect on the scale. I've repaired the damage of all those years of low fat yoyo diets
I still geta shock when I see photos of myself...is it really me
