Yup...many people have a sensitivity to grains and other foods and don't even realize it until they stop eating those foods for a period of time and then start eating them again. When your body isn't used to a steady onslaught of the foods that it is sensitive to, even a small amount can trigger a much more severe reaction than before. Look on the bright side...now you have really good motivation to avoid those types of foods in the future.
