Having started with Protein Power - which starts at 30 grams - and initially losing about 50 pounds in 6 months I think that restricting your carbs to 20 or less a day is unduly cruel.
I've seen so many people swing through here who are afraid of onions, tomatoes, spices, and other things that can make cooking and eating an ongoing pleasure.
Whatever you do, keep looking at this WOE as an abundant way of eating where carb-anoia won't get in the way of letting you enjoy a perfectly vine-ripened tomato or a fragrant, juicy summer strawberry.
