Motivation needed for personal challenge
I've never been one for exercise as I find it quite boring and while on induction I think this might be the best time to take advantage of a little.
SO....
with the help of you Buddies, I'm going to promise (challenge myself) to do TEN tummy crunchers for every reply I receive.
