I tried a ketostix on the end of day 2 and it was dark purple. I am now on day 6 and I have tried them at all different times of the day and they are always dark purple.

I am drinking at least 8 glasses of water every day.

My husband says I don't have bad breath so I don't know if I'm in Ketosis.
Am I doing something wrong?
