Hey ChefJen --- story of my life!! I don't know if I'll ever be cured from the "binge monster" but at times I can keep it at bay. DO NOT beat yourself up - pick up and get back on tomorrow. That is what's most important. It happens - let it go. Easy for me to say - I know -- but I know what you're going through. You're doing great - keep it up.
