I'll be the one to say you should not add fruits in yet. They trigger hunger plus you don't seem to be losing weight rapidly so you could possibly halt weight loss altogether. Add more veggies if you want but truthfully you should probably continue another 2 weeks of induction at 20 carbs. Sorry I know that's not what you wanted to hear.
