I added strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries back in my second week. I still eat them regularly, as well as some melon.
here's the deal. You can only have 5 carbs of them. Not too much then, eh? And eat them with a fat.
I cut up one on a jello cup and top with heavy cream.
They never slow me down, but I'm very very careful.
