the book says to slowly add in other carbs, starting mainly with vegetables ofcourse, & depending on how your body reacts, add in fruit also. BUT i am not so good at just adding these things back in, & knowing what the right amount is to add back in. im afraid if i start eating fruit again, i will gain back the few pounds ive lost, & i def dont wanna go backwards. if anyone has been on the diet & is now in the Ongoing Weight Loss phase, please let me know if u eat fruits & how much. thanks
