missing fruit...
ive been on the atkins diet for almost 2 wks now. ive lost almost 10 pounds so far (whoo) & i was wondering how & when i can start adding fruit back into my diet? i love fruit & have missed it soo much the past 2 wks, but i still have 50 pounds to lose. if i start eating fruit, even in moderation, will i still continue to lose weight?
