MacOSRules (cool name), what you wrote it exactly how I'm feeling. I've been eating lunches really late also. I'm not used to such a stable blood sugar,
Akiwican, I have been thinking that more variety would be good. I just have to work on it. A shake wouldn't be a bad idea, I haven't really looked into them.
I did just test with my ketostix and they measured at high. Now I also admit that I'm not yet well hydrated, being morning and all. But I'm usually not any more than a medium pink, never purple.
I also have a kid home sick with the flu, but I don't feel anything like that (but I'm scared to death now of getting it).
