Treadmill - 28 minutes 26 seconds = 2 Miles (Only 2 miles this morning, my leg was bothering me again and I couldn't get passed it. Hopefully, I can rest for a little while and then get my 5 year old in the stroller and go for a 2.5 mile walk). *fingers crossed*
