Thanks for the support everyone. I really think the support will
be the difference between sucess and failure for me.

I am just trying to follow the CAD to the best of my ability, the
first week I had a few cravings, but by elimination I realized
It was the non decaffenated coffee with added Splenda I was
using, also I made the error of including broccoli in my CM meals.
Now my cravings are becoming non existent.

I had today: CM 1: 2 egg omelet with spinach, onions and
turkey bacon, 1 multivitamin, 1 vitamin E capsule
tea (w/cream ) CM 2 - 2 large stuffed mushrooms (cream cheese green peppers, seasoned with cayenne
pepper, and tobasco sauce, sprinkled with
cheddar cheese and baked. chicken wings & left over meatballs RM-tomato& cucumber salad with dressing / 2 more stuffed
mushrooms, butternut squash, more chicken wings, sm cup
milk with a small 1/2 slice of both carrot cake and left over xmas
cake with cream cheese frosting (partly made with splenda)

not so good Is, I haven't done my exercise yesterday or today, well there is always tomorrow I hope Lana
