I'm home! I didn't get a workout at all yesterday because it was a travel day.
Today I did:
Upper body weights
100 crunches on the ball
Kettlebell swings - 5 sets double arm swings with the 10 lb. kettlebell, 2 sets each single arm swings, one set of transfers and 2 sets double arm swings with the 15 lb. kettlebell
Half hour on the bike at 17.4 mph average speed
