Boy that is a bad statement..
D occurs naturally in dairy products like milk, which also contains calcium..I'm sure its not worthless in milk so why would it be when combined in a pill with calcium? the answer.. it is not..

Robert Heaney the worlds leading authority on Calcium says it D should be taken with Calcium..it can help the body absorb calcium from food and supps by over 50%!!!! It is a must for those who do not do this.

Why spend more money on seperate D and calcium when you can buy a bottle that contains both at a lesser price?

Calcium has been combined with D for years and years and people have gotten great results from it. Not to be disrespectful, but things are how they are, and people are always trying to rewrite what is known and established and what has been succesful for alot of people for a lot of years.

Now if you needed extra D, take extra D. but don't think that you won't absorb it if taken along with calcium in the same pill
