Sunday was also a rest day - too busy getting ready to go out of town for the week.
Monday was my usual Monday workout - yoga, rebounder, weights, crunches, kettlebell and bike.
I'm at the hotel now so workout yesterday was just yoga and today was yoga and kettlebell. Not sure if I'll try to do anything else today.
