Welcome to LC!! I would like to suggest talking with you doctor to see what he/she would suggest.

I chose Atkins only because I know I have a problem with how carbs make me feel. I read "Dr. Atkins Diet Revolution" and have never felt so good!

I have been low carbing since 12/9/02 and have lost 12 pounds.

You have come to the right place for great help and truely supportive people!!
