I did the yoga dvd when I got up this morning.
Didn't get to the rest of the workout till later in the afternoon.
1 mile WATP on the rebounder with had weights.
Kettlebell swings - 5 sets double arm, 2 sets each single arm and one set of transfers.
Upper body weights.
100 crunches on the ball.
Half hour on the bike at 17 mph average speed.
