Hey - not good for induction but I take an oz of softened cream cheese, 1 oz of heavy cream, 1 tsp sf hershey's cocoa, 1 packet of splenda and mix. Its only a few small spoonfulls (I actually use a baby spoon) but it is my cheesecakey chocolatey treat and it's perfectly legal (3 carbs).
