Yoga when I got up this morning.
This afternoon I did:
2 mile WATP on the rebounder with hand weights
Kettlebell swings (5 sets double arm, 2 sets each single arm, one half set transfers.)
Upper body weights.
Half hour on the bike at 16.8 mph.
