Talking LET'S DO IT

OKAY..........so were are beginners in here. good. we can support eachother then. I don't like going to the fit page and looking up all the different foods for values and then doing a journal. soooooo how about we all support eachother on here.
today i had so far......
2 fried eggs in tsp butter
one slice cheddar
a small bit of green onion
one bottle of watter 500ml
(about 3 cups)
making a rib roast for dinner
and probably steamed, mashed cauliflower with sour cream and butter.
snack is usually cellery with creamcheese.
NOW lets hear from you and see what your plans for today are??? come out of hiding and speak up lol
