hi everyone, just wanted to say thanks for all your support.

my new years resoultion is to meet my goal of 150 lbs. so i need to lose 90 lbs. now since i gained back some over the holidays.

with your support i know now i can do it. thanks for being here when i needed you.

my other new years resolution is to get a new hair style and some new clothes for a complete make-over and get out of this style rut i have been in for 20 years....
