Yoga when I got up.
1 mile WATP on the rebounder with hand weights.
Upper body weights - 3 sets each exercise.
Kettlebell swings - 4 sets double arm, 2 sets each arm single swings.
Half hour on the bike at 17.2 mph average speed.
