This thread made me wonder (and worry)about the heavy cream I have been using.
The nutrition label says:
0g. total carbohydrates
0g. dietary fiber
0g. sugars
The ingredients listed are:
cream
carrageena
cellulose gum
gelatin
polysorbate 80
guar gum.
The brand name is Haggen (bought at Safeway). Is this an OK brand?
