Hmm... Forgot to log Sunday's activity:
Did biggest loser 1: warmup 5m, low intensity cardio 25m, strength and sculpt 20m cooldown 5m, then 1 mile WATP 10m
Monday I took a rest day. It was just a bad day all around. Zero energy.
Today so far I have done a 4 mile WATP 45m and 20m power pilates. Might do the treadmill later but we'll see about that.....
