Hi everyone, Im new here and hopefully I will be as successful as alot of you have (I have been reading through these forums for a few days).....I am on the Carboyhdrate Addicts Diet and hopefully I will find some other people doing the same thing so that I can get some helpful hints on things to try.....I, like so many others, have tried so many diets and none of them have worked (long term)...so its my hope that this one will do the trick! Thanks for having a web site like this for people like me, who need a little help
