I've been making single servings for ages in my Magic Bullet with:
1/4-1/3 cup frozen blueberries (any berries)
1/4 cup heavy cream
stevia to taste

but never thought of adding lemon juice. It sounds good.

Single servings eliminate the chance of eating the whole batch or having a less-than-ideal taste and texture after a while in the freezer.
