Yes, that's very typical once you start low carbing; those energy highs and lows don't happen anymore. It's the rise and subsequent crash of blood sugars following a high carb meal that makes you feel so groggy and tired. When you low carb, your blood sugars (and your energy level) remain stable; no more crashes!
